OUR PRAYER DURING THE COVID-19 CRISIS

Our prayer…
Our God and our Lord. This virus is making us believe that it is winning, but your promises God reveal you will always cause us to triumph and be victorious. Your word teaches us that all things will work in our favor (see 2 Corinthians 2:14-15 and Romans 8:28). We understand lamenting is a part of life but help us to also be strengthen in the fact that lamenting will lead us to a victorious celebration. We will sing songs of praise! Weeping may endure for tonight, but joy will come in the morning (Psalm 30:5). Strengthen our resolve and guide our footsteps as we wait on the morning’s joy. We know that the sun, and the SON is going to shine if we hold out and you Lord will get the glory. So Father, we give you a right now praise for what you are going to do tomorrow. We will not give up or give in. We will remain steadfast and unmovable and stand firm in your word knowing the sun will come out tomorrow. Quitting is not okay! Amen
